Frequently Asked Questions

Most requests are processed within 15 business days for simple requests. However, special or complex requests may take longer—approximately 30 to 35 business days.

No. Only authorized users with an account can request data, join the community, or view documents.

Log in as a Requestor, then go to New Request from the menu. Fill in the required details such as purpose, type of data, how it will be used, and upload supporting documents. After submitting, you’ll receive a reference number to track your request.

Go to Track My Request from the menu to view all your submitted requests along with their latest updates. Click the Tracking button to see the complete tracking history provided by the Admin, or the Details button to view the full information about your request.

Public Documents are uploaded by Admins for general access. As a Requestor, you can move them to My Downloads and download the attached files directly.

The Community is a space where users can share posts, announcements, and discussions. You can comment, react, or create your own posts. Real-time updates also appear on the Requestor’s dashboard.

Yes. Both Requestors and Admins can use the Messages menu, similar to a chat app, where you can search for recipients, send direct messages, and manage conversations.
